By purchasing products from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Shipping Policy

If you have any questions about your order or need help with this process please contact us by phone at: (800)874.9801 or by email at sales@globalnutralabs. All shipments are shipped via USPS priority shipping. All free (USA Only) shipping orders are processed and shipped the same or following day and are calculated to arrive in 3 to 5 business days. All other orders will ship as scheduled. For other information contact sales@globalnutralabs. Thank you for choosing Global Nutra Labs Medical™. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages from the shipping provider, or once the package has been delivered to your address. We are not required to provide tracking information, but many times this comes as a free service from us to ensure your delivery and satisfaction.

Completed Order Information

When your order has been completed, it will ship the same business day, or following and should arrive within 3 to 5 business days (this applies to all free USA shipping orders). If you choose another shipping method your order arrive on that estimated date. Please be sure to watch for your package to avoid theft or missed deliveries. We accept all major credit cards, such as: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. Our payments are all 100% secured via Paypal business merchant services. All international orders will not be subject to refunds and once the order has shipped the customer takes full responsibility for payment and the shipment. We will attempt to assist you in the event your package is lost or not delivered in a timely manner (7-14 business days is considered typical for international customers).

International Customers

All International orders may be subject to customs or duties fees or taxes within your own country. Which Global Nutra Labs Medical Group is not responsible for. Please allow longer shipping times for customs inspections. Some packages takes can take 7-21 business days, or even longer depending on your country’s guidlines. We are not responsible for packages seized by your country or country’s customs/governing body agency relating to our shipment. You are fully responsible to know your country’s rules, laws and regulations concerning our shipment to you. You are further more responsible for communications with your country’s customs department regarding your shipment from us. If you are unable to recover your package, we cannot refund you in these instances.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Satisfaction guarantee is for a full 90-day period. This guarantee is set up for those that felt for some reason that, by taking our health products exactly as outlined, did not AT ALL improve their health conditions. Full refunds will be on a case by case basis determined by this. Persons claiming minor improvements, will not be allowed a refund, as each persons severity level and immune system strength highly varies. A longer than 90-day period is most likely required in this instance for improved health for this person. Those requesting a refund, must have fully complied with the outlined recommended dosages for a full 90-day period. Those that state that they did not follow the regimen properly, as clearly outlined in the inclusive recommended dosage instructions, will also not be refunded. The 90-day period starts at the day the original purchase was made, and 90 calendar days from then on. Please note that results do vary and are not typical. To request a refund, please submit your request in writing to our help desk at: sales@pulmonaryhealthnow.com explaining in detail your reasoning.

Return Policy

Global Nutra Labs Medical Group does not except returns on opened bottles. If you would like to return a unopened bottle you need to contact us at sales@globalnutralabs.com within 1-week after your order and obtain a RMA number from us. There is also a 20% restocking fee that may apply for all returned bottles. All other returns will not be excepted, unless falling into our satisfaction guarantee period or otherwise agreed to under special circumstances by Global Nutra Labs Medical™ and it’s staff.

Product Warnings

It is highly important that you follow the directions provided on each of the bottle’s labels. We highly recommend consulting with a licensed healthcare professional before taking our health supplements to be safe and to avoid any adverse reactions. Do not take these products if you are currently taking a prescription blood thinning medication, such as a ‘warfarin’ or a ‘coumadin’. These products are not recommended for children. These products are also not recommended for women that are nursing or pregnant. Global Nutra Labs Medical™ & any parties affiliate with, will not be held liable for any misuse or ill effects caused by our products.

Federal Food & Drug Administration Statement

These products have not been evaluated by the Federal Food & Drug Administration and not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease.

Legal Disputes

By checking this box and making this purchase, you agree that any legal disputes that may arrise will be withheld from court room litigations and lawsuits, and settled by an arbitration judge agreed upon by both parties (You & Global Nutra Labs Medical). The location of the arbitrational hearing will be held at choice by Global Nutra Labs Medical™. Fees incurred by this hearing will be a the full expense of the party creating the arbitrational hearing.
